The idea for TOPFBEIN arouse during my course of studies where I have developed a trivet made of separate pieces. For making them stick together and for better storing I’ve added a few magnets. While we were testing it for the first time and it made “CLICK” under the pan and in our heads!

From there on we made several product tests, adjustments, presentations, some further adjustments and finally: TOPFBEIN was born!

Since then we produce within charitable organisations, because: A design product handmade in Germany produced in organisations with charitable character is what has definitely convinced us.

The development of TOPFBEIN requires the knowledge of two different fields: the wood trade and the brand development. Gero Tittelbach (right) is a carpenter and product designer. Thanks to the experience gained in prestigious companies, the team TOPFBEIN has professional competence and can develop the product optimally. By contrast, Caspar Baratella (left) is a graduate software engineer who works in marketing and thus possesses important knowledge to make the product TOPFBEIN a brand with a recognizable value and to get as many people as possible excited about it. We are glad that you are part of that group!
